What does your day look like at Edon?

  • Complete administrative, accounting, and operational responsibilities in accordance with Edon Management's standards and contractual obligations
  • Monitor the accurate completion and timely submission of contract-required reports and documentation, including operations checklists and logs, alarm and phone contact lists, safety reports and monthly contract reports
  • Monitor and track Key Performance Indicator (KPI) requirements for the contract
  • Support in the resolution of client service and contract issues to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Assist the contract management and operations teams to ensure that Quality Assurance and OHS legislation are being adhered to as per Edon's Quality Management System and Safety Program
  • Complete administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, preparing meeting agendas, recording meeting minutes, preparing general correspondence, answering and transferring inbound phone calls, and maintaining office supplies inventory

What do you need to succeed?

  • Minimum two years of experience in an administrative support role
  • Post-secondary education from an accredited institution (diploma/certificate) considered an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to develop working knowledge of work order tracking systems and computerized maintenance management systems (e.g. FBIS, WORTs, Asset Planner)
  • Familiarity with computerized accounting system software (MRI experience an asset)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to effectively manage clients
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
