The Digital Marketing, Manager Operations and Community is responsible for developing and implementing internal communications and operational strategies, that engages, aligns, and inspires the Enterprise Digital Marketing Team, while driving employees' understanding and engagement on priorities and key initiatives. Operationally, managing budgets and contractor cost management, while maximizing capacity across Digital Marketing through process controls.

The Manager reports directly to the Head, Enterprise Digital Marketing

Communications and Operations

  • A strategic and creative thinker with proven experience of working on diverse and wide-ranging communication strategies including all forms of media
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate clearly with a range of people from diverse Experience and cultures.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience of developing and managing strong and complex relationships across programmes as part of a centralised function and externally with multiple stakeholders.
  • A strategic and creative thinker with proven experience of working on diverse and wide ranging communication strategies including all forms of media
  • You have the ability to maximize capacity across Digital Marketing through process controls, identifying risks and gaps
  • You can manage invoice submissions and payment reconciliation with meaningful reporting to support
