We are looking for a person who will be responsible for the training of the Activix sales team. This person will be responsible for creating the àsubject of the training, giving the training, creating a certification system, keeping the training tools updated and being there to support the team.
Coach the team to help them maximise their use of the Activix CRM and complementary sales.
Create video and in-person training sessions.
Produce the documentation required for the training programs and ensure that they are kept updated.
Give training sessions and practical workshops to the team in-person or by videoconference.
Transmit the proper work methods and good practices.
Teach the team to develop their consultation competencies.
Participate in different activities and traiinng projects.
Produce reports on the indicators of the team's performance.
Play an advisory role within the team, answer questions about the use of the CRM and the various processes of a car dealership.
Coordinate the communication with employees in regards to updates, changes and new products.
