The Digital Marketing and Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the digital marketing programs, tools and systems. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and the rest of the team, this role will lead and direct digital marketing and ecommerce initiatives. We are looking for a detail-oriented team player who is organized but flexible enough to get things done.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

  • Assume ultimate responsibility and accountability for the following digital marketing programs, tools and systems:

Websites (including platforms, development and analytics)

Ecommerce

Search Engine Optimization

SMS & Email Marketing

Social Media

  • Paid Digital Advertising (programmatic, paid social, AdWords, etc.)
  • Lead the development of the Digital Marketing team members and act as a general leader within the marketing department and throughout the organization
  • Take ownership and provide deliverables on varying marketing projects including Digital, Retail, Brand and Product focused marketing initiatives individually and within the team
  • Track and report on content effectiveness across all digital channels and campaigns
  • Build and execute scalable growth and retention marketing programs in each of our target markets and areas of business
  • Direct integrated campaigns that will deliver against key KPIs (sales, AOV, ROI, conversion, net new customers, etc) and manage margin performance across a variety of product lines
  • Leads integrated digital marketing calendar
  • Work with our SEO partner(s) to ensure optimization for both local and global markets.
  • Ensure that a high level of UX/UI for shopburb.com is built and maintained, using a combination of best practices, tools, analytics, skill and third-party developers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for new digital requests, bug fixes and enhancements and audit current programs and processes
  • Drive a multi-year eCommerce growth strategy by defining market opportunities, building expansion plans for localization, and managing the roll out of our expansion
  • Develop ecommerce website experience, content and merchandising strategies
  • Build, nurture and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive results based on what's needed to support our business (Retail, Product Management, Marketing, Merchandising, Omni-channel, Creative, Technology, Data & Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in ecommerce, digital marketing or related field or a combination of work experience and formal education
  • Working experience with both ecommerce and website CMS platforms - Shopify and Wordpress experience an advantage
  • Strong working knowledge and experience in SEO strategy, email marketing, paid digital advertising (e.g. programmatic, social, etc.) and web traffic metric reporting
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Selling it Right Certificate (or willing to obtain) for work in the Cannabis Retail Industry
