As Digital Sales Specialist (Inside Sales) at Cogiscan, you will have the opportunity to join a steadily growing technology company, founded in Quebec. More than 450 electronics assembly factories in over 50 countries trust our software solutions.

This is a newly created position and we’re a relatively small team, meaning that you will have the opportunity to craft this role based on Cogiscan’s needs and your strengths & interests. Working closely with both the sales and marketing teams, you’ll be the first point of contact with potential customers, educating them on how Cogiscan’s solutions can have a positive and concrete impact on the efficiency of their factory. You will interact with industry leaders located on all continents as our software solutions are recognized and sold worldwide. You’ll be at the centre of Industry 4.0 and will have the opportunity to gain technical knowledge of what many view as the industry of the future.

This is a permanent, full-time position with the possibility of working remotely from anywhere in Canada or from our Bromont office.


  • Engage with Prospects: Respond to inbound inquiries (emails, chat, phone calls, social media) from potential clients and provide information about Cogiscan’s solutions.

  • Monitor, Qualify & Convert Leads into Opportunities: Nurture and manage a pipeline of leads using both creativity and diligence to effectively handover qualified leads to the sales team.

  • Build New Pipeline: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to plan, execute, and manage campaigns to generate outbound leads. Constantly optimize the process based on previous results and feedback.

  • Generate Leads: Perform research using sales intelligence tools to identify key contacts at target accounts.

  • Manage Recurring Revenue: Work with the sales and the technical support teams to track, manage, and ensure a solid stream of support & subscription contracts.

  • Be a CRM Expert: Maximize the value of CRM through effective data governance & maintenance, proper configuration, and the addition of new functionalities.

  • Deliver our Story: Propose engaging and actionable strategies to increase conversion rates, build pipelines, and drive revenue.


  • Proven inside sales experience, ideally in software or services.

  • Know-how of CRM and sales intelligence tools.

  • Ability to grasp, simplify and communicate complex and abstract technical concepts.

  • Strong determination, resilience and great organizational skills.

  • Customer focus, versatile and a true sense of ownership.

  • Analytical mind, driven by measurable results and tech savvy.

  • Keen to learn about the electronic manufacturing industry.

  • Excellent communication skills in English - both written and spoken.
