TORONTO FIRST AID CERTIFICATION is hiring a a motivated and dependable entry-level Receptionist / Administrative Coordinator!
We are a Toronto-based provider of Canadian Red Cross First Aid & Lifesaving Society Training for both businesses and the general public. Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a bright, energetic individual who can help us with our daily administrative operations. As a smaller company, everyone wears many hats. You will need to help with answering phones, emails, customer inquiries, order entries, supporting our instructors, and managing our online store.
You must be able to think on your feet, work with customers, demonstrate initiative, and have the ability to multi-task and to work independently.
Days and weeks are not always routine. You will be participating in all aspects of business, with a heavy emphasis on customer communication, especially phone and email support.
