  • Execute digital and integrated marketing campaigns to meet client objectives
  • Work as primary "doer" for some campaigns and team lead for others
  • Strategize digital campaigns and activations with an eye to delivering client value
  • Report on the success of our Test, Optimize, and Perform methodology
  • Help create strategic slide decks for pitching digital projects for new clients
  • Participate in meetings with internal cross-functional team members
  • Monitor and track client KPIs including alerting others when problems exist
  • Translate client briefs into actionable digital campaigns


  • 3+ years work experience at a digital or marketing agency (or else in-house experience at a fast-growing startup, media outlet, or prominent brand)
  • Strong analytical skills, especially in data analysis at high speed
  • Excellent organizational skills, including management of other team members
  • Work experience with clients in multiple subject verticals
  • Experience working on agency teams with complex marketing campaigns
  • Deep knowledge of paid digital platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated in a remote work capacity
  • Ability to act as primary digital strategist internally and at client meetings
