Responsible to execute a marketing plan that builds awareness and helps to grow local market share


May be responsible for one or more of the following:

Coordinate the development of internal and external communications that support Cushman & Wakefield's brand and culture

Initiate and maintain productive relationships with local media sources through consistent contact to inform, investigate, and coordinate interviews

Act as liaison between corporate marketing and local office (and vice versa)

Compose and edit all press releases and track local media mentions pertaining to our company

Initiate and maintain positive and productive relationships with local media sources

Organize, plan, and implement client events which foster strong client relationships and promote the company, including dinners, industry meetings, and charitable involvement

Support property marketing where appropriate

Maintain local pages for corporate websites, microsites, and property websites

Implement effective direct mail and e-marketing campaigns

Analyze and report on the effectiveness of local marketing campaigns

Coordinate local advertising campaigns including negotiation, design, and placement

Provide recommendations for local advertising possibilities, concepts, and strategies

Maintain supply of marketing materials, corporate materials, research reports, branded company items, etc.

Supervise and manage internal Marketing personnel


Bachelor Degree

8+ years of experience in marketing or related field

Or any similar combination of education and experience

Prior supervisory experience

Budget development and management skills

Experience developing and implementing marketing plans

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Familiar knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including business communications and media-related writing

Ability to work in a stressful, deadline oriented environment
