Senior Graphic Designer

Job Description Summary

The Senior Graphic Design role reports to the Marketing Manager. The Senior Graphic Designer will work with the Marketing Manager to execute the strategic vision of the region, working on presentations, proposals and special projects as requested by fee-earners and broader service delivery teams for the Austin and San Antonio markets. Responsible for supporting visual marketing and service line needs by providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work and templates under strict deadlines using Adobe CC and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) on a PC platform.

Job Description


Support requirements of incoming requests from marketing leadership and fee-earners as it relates to creative support

Attend strategy sessions with marketing and communications leadership, fee-earners and research as required

Develop creative materials to communicate critical messages and key selling propositions that adhere to comprehensive and detailed company brand standards

Design custom marketing collateral including but not limited to: pitches, proposals, brochures, presentations, newsletters, tables, charts, graphs, illustrations, maps, thought leadership pieces and social media graphics in a highly efficient manner for distribution

Coordinate production of materials, including packaging artwork, assembling final layouts for print and preparing notes and instructions for printers and other vendors

Demonstrate a high level of creative development and production skill

Manage creative requirements, expectations and deadlines for all projects

Prioritize total workload with the Marketing Manager (as appropriate)

Communicate to internal clients the priority, progress, deadlines and outstanding questions regarding outstanding projects regularly

Format HTML graphics for email campaigns


Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/Communications or related discipline

5+ years of graphic design experience or any similar combination of education and experience

Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite on the PC platform

Self-starter, detail oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Real estate background a plus

Experience or interest in production environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills
