The North America Market is seeking a Market Communications Manager to drive executive communication strategy, content creation, and execution across the End-User Sales team supporting 3 leaders. Ideal candidate will have deep experience in communications/feedback tools, employee engagement and management of change.

Broad Role Description: Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice to make decisions on complex business issues.


Develop, drive, and execute employee and customer communications strategies and programs to drive desired behavior.

Understand the communications needs of various internal and external audiences (i.e., field, senior leaders, Human Resources, first-level managers, all employees) crafting messages that are impactful and lead to desired outcomes.

Implement and measure employee communications programs, content and/or vehicles (e.g., internal websites) to promote employee understanding and engagement.

Manage and juggle many unrelated projects under tight deadlines.

Manage team content updates to the North America Market SharePoint site.

Lead coordination of internal and external webinars.

Participate in strategic projects as identified by North America Market Leaders.

Manage assignments to agencies or contractors as needed.

Education & Experience Required:

BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.

5+ years of experience in communications.

Knowledge and Skills:

Excellent written and verbal skills.

Strong project management and process development.

Excellent presentation and project management.

Ability to apply subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues.

Results oriented, high energy, positive attitude, and well organized.

Proven leadership with ability to manage and influence others.

Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines.

Highly creative, self-motivated individual with drive, confidence, and the ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with team members.
