What Will You Work On?

Reporting to the Director, Life Cycle, this role is responsible for assisting in the development and overseeing the strategy for the top of the Collector funnel and the program's top tiers. The Manager, Collector Lifecycle assists with the design and oversees the execution of a multi-channel communications program to acquire and onboard Collectors and engage and reward Gold and Onyx Collectors.

This role champions the Collector's first year in the program working with internal stakeholders to deliver more relevant and engaging experiences across the value chain (Offers, Sponsor mix, Rewards offerings) and Collector touchpoints (digital channels, direct mail, and Customer Care). The Manager assists the Director with developing the long term strategy. This role works heavily with the Marketing Analytics team to determine and improve upon the effectiveness of acquisition and onboarding activities and all aspects of the Gold and Onyx tiers. This role also works heavily with Operations and Business Technology teams to ensure that marketing strategies are properly executed and automated where possible (ie. correct website functionality, optimizing processes and procedures for delivery of lifecycle touch points).

How Will You Create Impact?

  • Contributes to the design and management of the AMRP acquisition and onboarding
  • Contributes to the design of the Collector Program experience
  • Works closely with the Channel and Communications team as they develop and deliver a multi-channel marketing plans aligned to the strategic direction
  • Leads Marketing planning process for top of funnel and tiers
  • Works closely with the Analytics teams on the development and reporting of key Program and Collector metrics / dashboards
  • Works closely with the business development team to provide strategy and marketing support

Let's Talk About You :

  • Post-secondary Certificate/Degree. Preferred: Marketing
  • Minimum of 8 years of directly related work experience in Marketing Communications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Supervisory experience
  • Experience in working in large teams of multi discipline nature
  • Expert knowledge of core marketing disciplines - research, data and analytics, planning and implementation
  • Highly proficient in managing budget planning and forecasting
  • Experience in managing highly complex, large scale multi channel marketing campaigns
