KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality Control/ Systems Maintenance

  • Ensure standard processes are in place for capturing and entering data
  • Liaise between the functional user groups and other stakeholders to help define, analyze, and validate functional business requirements

Reporting, Metrics, Dashboards

  • Create and run standard and complex queries to satisfy both scheduled and ad hoc user reporting requirements
  • Analyze data for trends and conduct additional research as required
  • Responsible for analyzing and reporting on data integrity concerns in the system including inconsistencies, errors or repeated human error
  • Proactively identify and create metrics, reports and dashboards
  • Directly or through report setup, harness data related to turnover, succession planning, employee professional development goals and achievements, etc.

Collaborative Relationships

  • Document and map all processes, create required training and reference materials
  • Document data changes or new data entry requirements and advise users of the impact on the system
  • Contribute to HR business process improvement activities through methods such as: analyzing processes and recommending improvements using technological functionality
  • Work closely with system provider(s) to monitor and resolve system issues

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and produce timely yet accurate results

Experience:

  • Experience and comfort with both basic and complex system reporting
  • Solid understanding of core HR processes

Experience with Workday and UKG
