COSTUMER SERVICE AGENT AND ONLINE COSTUMER EXPERIENCE

Reporting to the Commercial and IT Operation Vice-President, you will be responsible for all after-sales, post-purchase and customer service activities with commercial retailers, as well as the online customer experience on websites for PARIS GLOVE OF CANADA Ltd (respective divisions including AUCLAIR and Projob), in addition to actively participating in the other activities and projects of the department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a liaison between consumers/costumers and all departments within all divisions of Paris Gloves;
  • Act as a products and equipment specialist and advise customers in their purchases;
  • Work with clients to resolve complaints;
  • Respond to customer questions by phone, email or social media (products, sizes, sales conditions, returns, warranties, etc.;
  • Assist customers with placement of orders, returns, refunds or exchanges (if applicable);
  • Place or cancel orders when needed;
  • Follow up on order shipments;
  • Suggest solutions in case of product malfunction, substitution, complementary products and more;
  • Manage product recalls;
  • Attempt to persuade the client to reconsider the cancellation;
  • Inform customers of special offers and promotions;
  • Work with the Customer Service Manager / Supervisor to ensure that quality customer service is provided at all times;
  • Work closely with our e-commerce and marketing team to ensure overall customer satisfaction and sites usability;
  • Share consumer information and feedback with the e-commerce service for continuous improvement;

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 3 + years experience in sales and customer service;
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Knowledge of Shopify / Shopify Plus (an asset)
  • Work experience in the field of sporting goods;
  • Bilingual FR / EN (spoken and written) (essential)
  • Strong computer skills (MS Excel, ERP system, SAP B1) (an asset)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to develop and maintain good relationships;
  • Very good time and priorities management;
  • Team spirit and positive attitude
  • Autonomy, creativity and problem solving skills
  • Passionate about sport and outdoor activities
