The Opportunity - 1 Year Term

Provides strong operational support in all aspects of HR systems, databases and data entry ensuring that management information requirements are in place for all assigned LOBs. You must have a strong interest in organization, attention to detail, and a strong passion in Human Resources.

This is a hybrid position.

About The Role

  • Maintains the processing and administration of all employee data changes and updates on HR Payroll systems in accordance with policies, procedures and processes.
  • Assist HR Business Partners in maintaining HR activities as it relates to employee queries around compensation, payroll, benefits, announcements and employment letters.
  • Generate and review HRIS, Payroll and all HR related reports on a weekly/monthly basis or as required to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Distribute to appropriate parties.

What You Need To Succeed


  • A completed University or College degree/diploma in a relevant field of experience.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Lotus Notes.
  • Strong knowledge in HR Systems (Peoplesoft, Kronos, Dayforce).
  • Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures and processes.
  • Working knowledge of Benefits and Recruiting practices.


  • Must possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate accurate attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Work on tight timelines and manage multiple/shifting priorities.
