Aon Is Looking For A Customer Service & Communications Coordinator

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions within Aon Reed Stenhouse in Vancouver, BC. Your Impact As A Customer Service & Communications Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

Assisting Client Service teams & Brokers with client presentations, underwriter proposals and numerous other key documents

Creation of templates and other key documents

All in accordance with Aon Branding guidelines

Setting up and running of on line presentations via Webex and other online programs

Other related administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

Required Experience:

Minimum one (1) year administrative experience recommended;

Strong MS Office skills; including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photo Shop, & Indesign An understanding of design and technical writing background helpful As well as a foundation in Design Strong use of on line tools, i.e. Webex etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Meticulous attention to detail, refined organizational skills with the ability to multi-task; and work with a multitude of individuals across the organization Education: Post Secondary Education preferred We offer you
