A Bit About The Role: Reporting to the HR Director you will be managing HR transactions and key processes for a global technology business. Project involvement and some assistance with talent acquisition make the role interesting and diverse in scope.

Key Responsibilities : *

  • Global New Hire and Leaver processes including recruiting, on-boarding & offboarding
  • Ensure data integrity across the core HRIS system (Workday)
  • Support our talent acquisition processes including, working with managers to draft position summaries, candidate sourcing & screening, interviewing, drafting and processing employment agreements
  • General HR duties which include policies, legislation, career development, employee relations
  • Assist with HR department projects and initiatives
  • Ensure integrity of electronic employee files and HR intranet.

About You:

  • BS degree and 2+ year's experience with HR operations in a technology or professional services organization.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Inquisitive and interested in maximizing effectiveness of people
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Self-directed work style
  • Experience with an HRIS system (Workday experience would be an advantage)
