As an ambassador for the company, the Customer Success Manager will be responsible for helping customers integrate the Lazr platform. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for direct sales of logistics services through demonstrations and training in the form of webinars, phone calls and email exchanges. He will ensure smooth operations in the Lazr platform and provide ongoing support and guidance to Lazr users.

  • Promote the services and benefits of the platform;
  • Analyze, identify and plan the prospecting of typical customers;
  • Approach and present the product to potential customers;
  • Advise on the various services offered;
  • Invite potential customers to create their Lazr account;
  • Determine the needs of the clientele in services and equipment;
  • Determine the needs of the customers in terms of the logistics management platform;
  • Create demonstrations and trainings on the operation of the platform;
  • Accompany customers in the integration process;
  • Conduct ongoing volume analysis of the platform;
  • Identify areas for improvement and consider possible solutions;
  • Coordinate sales efforts with Lazr team members and other stakeholders;
  • Update data on current shipments;
  • Ensure customer requirements are met in the service offering;
  • Manage and oversee customer communications on the platform;
  • Manage complaints and feedback;
  • Complete all customer agreement charters and records;
  • Perform all other related tasks.


  • DEC, BAC in business management or any equivalent training;
  • 3 to 5 years experience in sales or business development;
  • Mastery of information and communication technologies;
  • Experience in the transportation industry (an asset);
  • Knowledge of the freight transportation industry (an asset);
  • Bilingual spoken and written (English & French).

  • Remplir toutes les chartes et les registres des ententes clients ;
  • Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
