St Sales Supervisor

Perfect match: 3 days/Supervisor, 2 days/marchandisor

Our retail merchandising team is looking for an ambitious supervisor who wants to perform in managing and motivating associates, increasing sales and merchandising while keeping a foot in the stores by having its own territory.

Job Description:

As part of his duties, the supervisor will report to the Director of Retail Operations .  He will be responsible for organizing his schedule so as to deliver the equivalent of 3 days in supervision mode and 2 days face-to-face in the stores of his territory.

Its main roles will be:

  • Manage and lead retail associates,  conduct  in-store  surveys  , execute and complete all retail projects
  • Meet the customer's objectives by ensuring that the product(s) are fully stocked, properly identified, correctly oriented and configured according to planograms
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients
  • Hire and deliver training
  • Distribute, organize and plan tasks and monitor the different execution activities to be delivered
  • Translate information, analyze performance, motivate returns.

Requirements and skills:

  • Knowledge of best practices in store visits and merchandising techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Ability to accurately complete multiple tasks with frequent changes and competing deadlines
  • Ability to work with the computer applications of an IPad, basic MS Office computer skills and maximizing management efficiency via Outlook
  • Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Have an excellent sense of organization and autonomy
  • The candidate must own their own car and have access to high-speed internet
