Boeing Canada Operations is seeking a Senior Sales and Marketing Representative that will report to the Regional Sales Director. The Sales and Marketing Representative will be supporting Western Canada and focus on developing sales strategies designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of the products/services to achieve increased sales and profitability.

The Senior Sales and Marketing Representative develops, maintains and interacts with a broad scope of new and existing customers within the aviation market to increase sales and/or services through product knowledge, education and value proposition. In this role, you will be responsible to manage the full sales cycle for assigned accounts; from preplan to servicing the customer, while utilizing the full suite of communication technologies offered by the company.

Position Responsibilities:

Contacts assigned customer accounts through, but not limited to, onsite visits, phone calls and email to communicate opportunities that extend initiatives for the company.

Matches programs, leads and prospect data to customer requirements for real-time conversational connections that will bring the customers value and grow sales.

Collaborates with marketing, digital marketing, ecommerce, social media, category and channel management teams to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns and offerings.

Uses knowledge of pipeline and opportunity management from Salesforce and other sales development and reporting tools.

Ensure reporting and communication is frequent and bi-directional.

Meets sales targets as established, focusing on assigned customer accounts

Collaborates with customers to bring value and awareness of company capabilities.

Conducts demos, presentations, and performs most of the communication functions handled by reps in the field today, but in a remote format.

Participates in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives.

Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed locations.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience in technical outside sales and marketing

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Proficiency in CRM tools (MS-BI/Salesforce/Siebel, etc.)

Effective communication and presentation skills

A valid driver's license and clean driving record

Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time

Must be able to legally work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):

Experience within the aerospace or aviation market

Helicopter Market Segment experience

Demonstrated working knowledge of aviation material sales and services

Experience working with Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) providers, Fixed-base Operators (FBO's), OEM's and/ or Corporate aviation entities.

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline

Post-secondary education
