- Identify key success metrics to deliver business and process optimization
- Build relationships with key stake holders in the customer’s organization to enable a great customer experience and capture any concerns from a commercial perspective
- Serve as point of contact for the customer regarding anything that concerns the delivery of HALEO’s services, commercial set-up, and contracts.
- Facilitate work sessions with all levels in a customer organization
- Increase the usage and adoption of HALEO’s products and services
- Proactively identify where and how HALEO’s capabilities can deliver incremental business value
- Clearly communicate recommendations that enable the customer to gain more value using HALEO’ solutions
- Drive program strategy and ROI with key customer’s contact.
WHAT QUALIFIES YOU
- 4 years direct client management experience
- Strong account management, client service and/or management consulting experience
- Customer Success Management consulting experience
- Bachelors degree
