The Opportunity:

In business for over 30 years, PBS is the third largest DMS (Dealership Management System) provider to the North American retail automotive industry. Each month we welcome hundreds of new users to our software platform, and we need your help.

The Role:

Our marketing and communications team is seeking a Digital Marketing Content Specialist. This person builds our digital marketing campaigns, helping PBS create compelling user journeys, that drive acquisition and of new customers and deliver content and marketing initiatives to our existing customer base.

You are focused, creative and adaptive as a marketer with a can-do attitude and a desire to work in a successful and established organization. With experience in operating digital campaigns, and working with our product marketing and communications teams, you have the technical know-how to deliver the right content, at the right time, to the right audience. You bring hands-on experience working with CRM, marketing software and content management systems such as HubSpot.

Responsibilities :

  • You thrive on helping solve PBS' most pressing needs by utilizing digital marketing strategies and have a full toolbox of digital experience including website operation, mobile, SEO, SEM, email marketing
  • Support internal creation of web content, organic and paid social creative (blogs), and digital assets (photos, graphics, video, audio).
  • Set up, maintain, and monitor SEM, marketing automation workflows for email drip campaigns, forms, conversion landing pages, segmentation, list management, lead management, and reporting on performance and ROI.
  • Support our in-house product marketing teams to deliver on targeted engagement outreach and content
  • Be the steward of our CRM data
  • Conduct regular SEO/SEM audits to continually improve content quality, searchability, accessibility, quality assurance, and performance.
  • Manage and enhance digital touchpoints, platforms, and tools in support of digital marketing goals.
  • Track and analyze campaigns for improvements and provide feedback and recommendations to stakeholders (internal and external) and vendors.
  • Supporting our team to deliver customer-focused activities such as webinars or online seminars, as well as sponsorship initiative

Qualifications :

  • Degree or diploma in advertising, digital marketing or similar education
  • Three to five years of related work experience in digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is an asset
  • Working-level skills with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of digital development and production requirements.
  • Google Analytics, Google Ads certifications desired
  • Collaborative and friendly team member, able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
