The Red Hat Marketing team is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join the North America (NA) Revenue Marketing team. In this role, you will lead enterprise segment marketing for the Canada region, including commercial and public sector markets, in both English and French Canadian languages. You will be responsible for the regional marketing strategy, aligning with the regional sales manager for Canada and the region's business priorities and pipeline targets for the enterprise segment. You will collaborate with the campaign marketing, ecosystem marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) teams to build and carry out a cohesive regional marketing plan to grow pipeline and bookings within enterprise customers. As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will provide insights to lead creation and progression (including aging leads), measure and report marketing contribution to pipeline, monitor performance to goal metrics (including percentage attainment to the region's enterprise segment MT pipeline targets), and be an active participant in regional leadership meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). You'll work closely with the regional field sales team to provide the necessary sales tools, communications, marketing tactics, and event support.

What you will do:
  • Develop regional marketing strategy and tactical plan to meet or exceed marketing contribution to pipeline and bookings metrics for the enterprise segment
  • Deliver programs in English and French Canadian languages, aligning with Canadian culture, customer, and market dynamics
  • Serve as a point of contact between Sales and the NA Field Marketing teams (campaign, ecosystem, and ABM) to create awareness for regional priorities and needs; ensure that these priorities are reflected in the regional marketing plan
  • Implement targeted programs, events, and activities, working closely with sales management and field sales representatives
  • Track and measure program and tactic results, marketing contribution to pipeline, account engagement, and performance-to-goal metrics (including percentage attainment to the region's enterprise segment MT pipeline targets)
  • Track lead and opportunity generation and progression; coordinate with the regional sales team and leadership to create visibility into metrics and manage aging leads and opportunities
  • Identify, publish, and remarket customer references in coordination with the corporate Customer References team and sales teams
  • Coordinate Executive Briefing Center's and other executive engagement programs with or for regional sales teams or representatives as applicable
  • Lead communications of the regional marketing plan, including sales priorities alignment, programs, corporate events and news, sales tools, KPIs, and performance metrics to the regional sales team
  • Work with channel and alliance marketing teams to implement joint partner campaigns as applicable

  • What you will bring:
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the technology field
  • Proven record of achieving campaign and marketing program results, especially with Fortune 1000 accounts
  • Positive and proactive attitude; solid work ethic, organization, and communication skills
  • Keen understanding of field sales needs, stages of the customer buying cycle, campaign metrics and analysis, and market intelligence resources
  • Good writing skills to produce promotional messaging and content
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership and creativity
  • Bilingual in English and Canadian French
  • Bachelor's degree; graduate degree is a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 15-25%, following Red Hat's COVID-19 guidelines
