Job Description*

About the Role*

A & A Customs Brokers is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the Go-To-Market strategy and multi-channel B2B customer acquisition. You will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing the roadmap for the customer acquisition experience.

Working closely with the CMO, COO, and Director of Sales & Strategy, you will own the performance and growth of digital channels such as web, email, and social to attribute leads with our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, building, and socializing strategy, roadmap, execution, and results of customer acquisition through A & A's website properties
  • Lead the execution of digital channel growth in organic and paid by partnering with our agency teams to execute on time and on budget, measure results, and optimize performance
  • Conduct and synthesize customer insights, competitive research, and industry market trends. Become an expert on who our customers are
  • Define, measure, and grow our digital metrics pertaining to customer growth. Work closely with IT to implement analytics to make data-driven decisions

Qualifications*

What kind of experience and demonstrated success will YOU bring to A & A?*

You will have...

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Channel Marketing, Content Management or related disciplines
  • Proven experience deploying ad spend in Google Adwords and LinkedIn
  • Proven experience in leading external teams such as agencies and vendors
  • A strong understanding of modern web technologies, web development, and best practices in user experience design and principles
  • Experience leading campaigns and Go-To-Market plans
  • Experience in Google Analytics, SEM, and SEO
  • Ability to synthesize complexity and simplify for different audiences
  • Growth mindset and a positive attitude

  • Although A & A is remote this role may require occasional travel and weekend and/or evening work. Must have an active passport/Nexus for entry into the US (Once the Can/US border opens up)
  • A & A's office is based in beautiful Surrey, BC
  • Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
