WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE?

Currently enrolled at a Canadian university and completed at least 2 years of study within a Bachelor's degree program, open to all majors

Interest for the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition function

Demonstrated leadership or initiative at school, work and/or community

Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset

WHAT A TYPICAL DAY LOOKS LIKE IN TALENT ACQUISITION?

Coordinate a high volume of interviews and logistics, including office visits, virtual interviews, video conferences, and debrief meetings

Provide timely and professional communication to candidates and interviewers regarding interview scheduling, confirmations, and feedback

Assist in collecting and tracking interviewer feedback

Assist recruiters in generating and sending offer letters and managing the collection of new hire paperwork

Develop strong relationships with all participants - candidates, recruiters, and interviewers

Manage a high volume of candidates and scheduling activity

Participate to the elaboration and implementation of strategic initiatives within Talent Acquisition

Perform other recruitment duties and projects as assigned

WORK TERM

Fall 2022: August to December

LOCATION

The Campus team works remotely primarily however travel may be required for in-office and on-campus events
