Swift Medical is currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team!

This role is within the marketing function within the broader Commercial team, supporting sales, marketing and channel partnership activity. We are looking for a facilitator who supports the Revenue Operation management through brand content, data, sales materials, and demand gen management, along with overall project management of the department.

What You Will Do In More Detail:

As Swift's sales and marketing coordinator, you will drive and deliver critical path projects to their completion as the go to point of contact for marketing activities. You will be integral in bolstering communication amongst teams, creating an environment to be efficient and data-driven, including CRM data hygiene and integrity.

Specifically, you will be:

  • Support the agile marketing sprint organization, reporting and collaboration with multiple functions;
  • Weekly data integrity checks, and advocate for data hygiene systems by the Commercial team;
  • Uphold best practices in CRM user (team members) support;
  • Build and manage the content workflow across all functions: sales, marketing, employer branding, brand and design;
  • Monitor stock, organize and distribute Swift branded items, along with supporting our presence at events and conferences;
  • Generate reports on sales and marketing, compiling data for hand off to Revenue Operations.

What We're Looking for from You:

  • 2+ years' experience in a marketing role, where you were the primary contact for project management (sprint cycle support an asset) and CRM support;
  • Experience with HubSpot is considered a large asset;
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
  • Experience with managing, maintaining, and enhancing end-to-end implementations of a CRM and/or marketing automation solutions;
  • Strong project management skills, Asana or equivalent an asset;
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Google Docs and/or Excel;
  • Google analytics, GTM, and media management are an asset;
  • Strong time management skills - self-starter;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
