Reports To: The Sales Development Representative will report to Bianca Pisciola, COO at 6ix.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities for 6ix. You will create sales opportunities by scheduling meetings with the leaders of public companies in the mining and metals space for our Account Executives. Your target will be 20 meetings scheduled per month.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new prospective clients
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and book meetings for account executives
  • Utilize HubSpot, Hunter.io, LinkedIn, cold-calling and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Demonstrate the ability to achieve/exceed the quarterly targets
  • Keep track and organize your outreach efforts via HubSpot CRM
  • Write copy for email and social media outreach sequences

Salary Structure

  • 50/50 split between base salary and commission equal to 60k OTE
  • Stock options
  • 2 weeks (10 days) of PTO annually
