The Role

The Growth & Acquisitions Marketing Manager is a newly created role designed to help successfully grow and integrate newly acquired hearing healthcare clinics into our Connect Hearing network. The successful candidate will be in a dynamic role and will be responsible for leading and executing a comprehensive marketing plan to support a variety of different brands, planning, developing and executing all marketing and communications initiatives for newly acquired businesses. Leveraging multiple channels, the M&A Marketing manager will drive demand and report on performance across all primary KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Representing the Marketing department on all Acquisition or Growth sector projects
  • These projects will include our World of Hearing concept store, Advanced Bionics division, mobile hearing testing, and all recently acquired new business.
  • Provide leadership for transition of marketing assets and key brand positioning
  • Liaise with new clinic ownership and business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Local Area/Brand Marketing Manager to ensure smooth transition
  • Manage all external agency partnerships related to M&A initiatives
  • Lead end-to-end customer engagement initiatives from concept to launch
  • Outbound lead generation and communication.
  • Effectively negotiate on behalf of the marketing department to ensure mutual goals are prioritized and all stakeholders are considered.

  • A bachelor's degree or diploma from a recognized institution, preferably in a marketing discipline and/or no less than five years of experience working in an advertising agency or marketing department.
  • Experience in marketing operations with an understanding of all the core functions
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to adapt to evolving situations
  • Experience in implementing change, navigating multiple stakeholder
  • Ability to motivate and collaborate in a team environment
  • Experience in program management, risk identification and mitigation.
  • Change management experience and continuous improvement in an M&A context
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Valid drivers' licence
