Campaign and Events Manager

Envisio is looking for an experienced Campaign and Events Manager to deliver exciting, integrated marketing campaigns and events that help fill the pipeline and build our brand.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for defining and executing our campaign and events program, as well as measuring results. This broad remit means working closely with other team members and flexing a broad B2B marketing skill set to ensure effective end-to-end delivery of campaigns.

This is an exciting and hugely varied role that requires a special blend of creative and analytical thinking, an experimental mindset, cross-functional project management skills, and impeccable attention to detail.

You'll need to be a self-starter with a passion for driving results, but you won't be working alone. You'll be supported by a close-knit, highly collaborative sales and marketing team that wants you to succeed.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain overall responsibility for defining and executing our quarterly campaign plan, including webinars and other events, content syndication, email marketing, outbound, and nurture campaigns
  • Define and run our webinar program

  • Execute our content syndication campaigns with industry partners

  • Work closely with our content team, marketing operations, PR agency, and SDRs to ensure each campaign is well-planned, integrated, and delivered on time.

  • Review campaign performance, provide performance reports, and devise actions to optimize campaigns going forward

  • Keep track of our campaign budget and spend

  • Manage our participation in industry trade shows and regional roadshows

  • Work with our SDR team to define outbound-only campaigns, including database segmentation, nurture sequences, and messaging

  • Run A/B tests wherever possible (and useful) and learn from results

  • Work with the VP Marketing, where necessary, to define and run high-impact marketing campaigns with partners.

Your skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B or B2G campaign marketing experience
  • At least 1 year of experience running a successful webinar program
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Innate storytelling abilities
  • Excellent project management skills and proven ability to deliver results
  • High level of initiative and meticulous attention to detail
  • Comfortable interacting with different levels of management and working cross-functionally
  • An analytical and experimental approach
  • Natural curiosity and a passion for the work of the public sector (local government in particular)

Bonus points for:

  • Knowledge of the strategic planning, performance measurement or data analytics market

  • Experience developing marketing programs for public sector customers
