Enel X's Sales Operations department supports, enables, and drives Sales Teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently. As Manager of Post Sale Commercial Operations you will demonstrate leadership, responsibility, innovation and proactivity while partnering with Sales Leaders to implement strategic goals - defining efficient approaches to deliverables, influencing and applying best practices across the business.

Our hardworking and consistent Sales Operations team enables Sales Teams to establish Enel X as the largest and most successful energy and sustainability company in the world, and we are looking for a candidate that is actively supportive of the company vision to change the way the world uses energy. What You'll Do at Enel::

  • Manage, mentor, educate and hire members of the team:
  • Manage post-sale team and develop talent. Help them understand our industry, tools and Enel X processes. Motivate them to become experts in their domain.
  • Manage work queues to ensure staff is effectively utilized to meet commitments in responsiveness and issue resolution.
  • Develop documentation and training materials to be used within the team and throughout the company to promote adherence to sales policy.
  • Manage budgets, allocations, and staffing. Recruit and hire new employees for open requisitions.
  • Define framework, service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Develop, coach and lead team of 5 newly hired Brazilian employees.
  • Ensure an inclusive culture between NA employees (2) and Brazilian Team (5).
  • Drive greater cross-functional alignment with internal stakeholders and other teams in Sales Ops:
  • Build and maintain a network with interdependent teams
  • Resolve escalations and inter-team conflict by identifying constructive solutions to shared challenges
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and prioritization by coordinating with other operational leaders across Enel X
  • Facilitate and oversee the team in post-sale activities.
  • Create and manage to meaningful reporting metrics for internal stakeholders
  • Advocate for team during performance of their QR/QC responsibilities, which include communicating non-compliance to sales reps
  • Continuously improve the team's functional processes using process re-engineering and automation to support increased volume and complexity
  • Define, implement & ensure compliance with Internal Controls.
  • Monitor and analyze team & internal customer feedback loops to foster continuous improvement culture.

  • What You've Accomplished::
  • A. or B.S. required (degree in business, finance, communication, economics, energy/environmental science or comparable field). M.B.A, M.S., M.A. preferred
  • Minimum 10 years professional experience, 7 years in sales operations or other shared service department
