- Proactively engage the developer community and VCs to promote BNB Chain as the infrastructure of choice for projects and portfolio companies
- Build and expand a pipeline of both crypto and non-crypto partners with a goal to increase users and usage of the BNB Chain
- Design and execute marketing and growth strategies for projects and partners to accelerate user expansion
- Develop and drive the implementation of innovative Financial Services strategic use cases on BNB
- Lead speaking engagements and content development for industry events
- Professional working experience in the L1 or L2 Web 3 projects space in a Developer Relations or Business Development/ Partnerships role. Or coming from a financial services sectors with a strong understanding of Web 3.
- At least 5 years of experience in defining and locating target markets; strategic thinking to grow user interaction with BNB.
- Proven track record of interacting with and advising executive and senior management on strategy for user growth.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, especially in ice-breaking sales and marketing.
- Passionate, ownership, execution oriented, and natural team player.
