Canada B2B Go To Market Planning & Strategy Lead

The Canada Field and partner Marketing team is seeking a highly collaborative individual to serve as the Planning & Strategy lead for our Large Corporate and Public customers. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for developing and leading an integrated marketing GTM strategy across the Canadian Field Marketing team and in conjunction with extended cross-functional stakeholders and organizations.

The B2B planning & strategy lead will serve as the primary point of contact for Corporate, Public, Federal and Enterprise Field Sales teams in Canada. The individual will work across the broader field marketing organization as well as the Programs and Specialty teams to execute events, media, case studies, and sales enablement programs for Outside Field Sellers.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience driving strategy, innovation and demand generation in the commercial B2B space, as well as experience leading planning and execution across multiple workstreams and groups. A successful candidate will have demonstrated they are a creative thinker who is results-driven, organized, enjoys complex problem solving, thrives on owning the process from beginning to end, and loves working with and bringing together cross-functional teams towards a common goal.

As the Canada B2B Go To Market Planning & Strategy Lead, you will lead the development and execution of the go-to-market field marketing plans to support specific growth initiatives and programs for our Corporate, Public, Federal and Enterprise customer set.

You will:

Be the primary strategic and planning marketing lead for the Corporate, Public, Federal and Enterprise sales organizations, supporting the business and AOP growth goals leading a customer-first, best-in-class GTM approach

Lead planning and coordination for implementing marketing programs across media, Marcom, events, sales engagement, product/BU and RTM tactics and across cross-functional teams

Drive forward integrated, pan-BU marketing programs in partnership with the extended field marketing organization and strategic stakeholders to grow buyer base, net new pipeline and revenue to the business

Proactively seek out and understand vertical and industry to inform the extended marketing organization the priorities and tactics required to grow key markets and lines of business

Empower and enable sales in partnership with COC field marketing to drive the business and engage with customers

Represent Marketing organization in regular stakeholder reviews, drive quarterly plan with input from sales leadership and managers

Build and deliver executive-ready presentations across key stakeholders and represent Medium Business marketing across multiple executive forums on a regular basis

Work side by side with Sales Enablement Lead to deliver programs to Inside sellers tailored to their customer needs across different marketing channels and vehicles

Essential Requirements

Proven track record managing multiple priorities and building advocacy with cross-functional teams

Strong strategic planning and project management abilities with a constant curiosity for learning within a fast-paced, evolving environment

Experience assessing key business metrics and pivoting plans accordingly, utilizing all available data assets, team member insights, and customer inputs

Strong communication skills to articulate high-level lead strategy within all levels of the organization while keeping a customer first mindset

Undergraduate degree and 6-10 years relevant experience
