We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to join our team and help us build a world class brand and marketing engine. This individual will lead our marketing, growth, member acquisition, and brand marketing efforts and report directly to the founders. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with diverse teams on short and long-term projects to deliver meaningful value across the organization. We are a group of experienced entrepreneurs and investors in the consumer-technology space, financed by BrandProject LP, Redbox Ventures and other strategic angels in the industry. This role is located in Toronto.

In this role, you will:

  • Oversee all paid media, customer acquisition, and growth marketing
  • Coordinate the execution of paid campaigns from beginning to end, including management of project timelines, coordinating content creation, managing agency partners, ongoing program optimization, and campaign reporting
  • Lead weekly and monthly reporting across all growth KPIs in the business
  • Grow the Juno brand and community footprint through region-wide partnerships, influencer relationships, and local activations
  • Work collaboratively with the cross functional team on the monthly marketing calendar that meets brand and business goals
  • Champion the strategy development, execution and measurement of customer acquisition
  • Co-lead any research, focus groups, surveys, or data collection for the purpose of better understanding our customers and ideating new offers with other business stakeholders
  • Oversee the financial impact and ROI of each offer and the impact each new customer is adding to the overall business & financial plan
  • Use technology to execute on your marketing strategy (Ie. KPIs, data/reporting, metrics, and automation)
  • Set and deliver on aggressive deadlines and drive yourself and the team around you to action, approaching the work with a no-ego attitude and rolling up your sleeves to tackle whatever needs to be done

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, marketing, operations, startups, or related roles
  • Deep knowledge in digital acquisition, performance marketing, paid media and customer segmentation
  • Strong analytical skills and creative approach to solving unstructured problems
  • A history of driving profitable growth using various marketing channels, balancing experimentation while managing towards CAC targets
  • Strong track record working cross-functionally across strategy, operations, product, customer/member experience, while managing various stakeholders (bonus points if you've worked within healthcare and hospitality industries)
