PMco is an Atlantic Canadian company specializing in commercial property management and commercial construction based out of our head office in Dartmouth Crossing, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. We have several different types of management agreements including full property management, financial management, asset management, leasing management, and maintenance management. We currently manage over 550,000 square feet of commercial properties.

Our construction division focuses on commercial projects ranging from maintenance calls to full fit-up/renovations. We typically have between 5-15 active projects at any given time with a team of office staff as well as on site managers.

We are a growing company looking to add to our team!

The Marketing Coordinator, under the direction of the Marketing Manager, is responsible for performing tasks involving the day-to-day, and long-term marketing goals at PMco as well as the properties we manage! Responsibilities will include website management, social media management, brochure development, event assistance and much more. We are looking for someone that is eager to join a growing company, and up for the challenge!

Some of the job duties will include:

· Manage social media pages for PMco & PMco managed properties

· Manage and engage with community reviews/complaints/questions

· Produce and maintain all marketing and advertising material

· Be confident in InDesign, Canva, or other design program to create material

· Experience with WordPress, and other web development tools

· Develop social media calendars / schedules

· Manage PMco website, and other managed property websites

· Create annual marketing plan and propose to Marketing Manager

· Assist in creating annual budgets and forecasts for marketing expenditure

· Assist in executing promotions and events at our managed properties

· Create property advertising brochures and signage for leasing and selling

· Take professional photos of new tenants, promotions, vacant units, events, etc.

· Create and maintain newsletters

· Stay abreast of marketing platforms and technology
