Our programs

The marketing team is responsible for driving customer growth and expanding company awareness. We are fortunate to be the category leader in product development software and a recognized thought-leader in building both great products and companies.

The Senior Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for driving awareness and advocacy of Aha! through earned media. In this role, you will own and execute our public relations (PR) strategy as well as manage our organic social media presence. You may also engage with analysts and will work closely with our Content team who will be your partner in creating thought-leadership content.

We do our planning and collaboration in Aha! Roadmaps . We are power users of our own software, often providing feedback and suggestions for improvements that are shipped to customers too. We use Slack and Zoom for video calls. (Email? Rarely.)

Your Experience

We are looking for someone with 7+ years of experience managing PR and organic social media campaigns for SaaS businesses. You are an expert in devising and pitching stories to top media outlets and influencers. You will have existing relationships with relevant journalists and other influencers in leading technology and business publications.

You have always had a knack for creating engaging, sharable social media content. You stay up to date on the topics that are important to your audience and use social media to create mutually beneficial conversations with your audience. You take pride in sharing content that your audience values and keep your loyal followers coming back.

You love being the voice of the brand. And you love working closely with the broader marketing team to plan content that your audience - and the press - will love. You know how to identify content that will break through in the marketplace and like to work with content, writing, and research teams to make it happen.

Your work at Aha!

We work on a broad range of marketing initiatives and programs. As Senior Corporate Communications Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with the content team to identify on-brand assets and programs that will create conversations on social media and in the press
  • Supporting the writing process by defining creative briefs, providing writing support, and editing content assets as needed
  • Pitching Aha! stories to the press and maintaining relationships with top media outlets
  • Managing Aha! organic social channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Celebrating and promoting the Aha! brand and always looking for new ways to land our message in market, such as by liaising with analysts and exploring sponsorships
  • Helping to build and maintain a best-in-class methodology for measuring brand health and driving continuous optimization across communications efforts and initiatives
