Who You Are & What You'll Do

  • Accountable for delivering the annual financial plan as measured through market share, brand power, topline, margin and profit
  • Lead Canadian communications plans, including but not limited to media planning, asset development/adapts, working with PR agency on earned & influencer plans, test & learning on new digital/social platforms
  • Work in partnership with global brand partners and cross-functional teams to optimize innovation mixes for Canadian market, delivering on-time flawless execution of launches. Create sell stories to land innovation with key retailers.
  • Analyze the market to identify different channel and pack opportunities that can deliver incremental growth to the business.
  • Clear understanding of customer objectives and working in alignment with Sales & CCD counterparts to support customer needs
  • Support and contribute to realizing the objectives of the Hair Care category as a member of the team

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • 3-5 years relevant marketing experience in CPG
  • Degree in Marketing preferable
  • Competitive drive and hustle
  • Digital Marketing experience
  • Data analysis
  • Budget management
  • Shopper and Consumer Understanding
  • A balance of art & science - ability to think creatively & strategically, with strong business mindset
  • A good leader who has a strong strategic vision, and who is a creative problem solver
  • An eye for aesthetic, design & keen attention to detail
