This position will be responsible for supporting Genesis Sales Operations through the identification, creation and maintenance of necessary processes within the Genesis brand to optimize go-to-market tasks for sales initiatives, products and sales tools. This role will be the primary conduit of Salesforce reporting and created functionality to support the Genesis brand, whether in sales operations (e.g. lead management, reporting and tracking) or for more upstream requirements (CRM/marketing assistance).
? Monthly Sales Operations co-ordination
a)Manage monthly Genesis sales operations flow (monthly cycle).
b)Develop, cost and deliver monthly incentive strategies. Complete competitive research and analysis. Achieve timely delivery of incentive plan for monthly approval process. Collaborate with national manager, distribution, finance and strategic planning departments to ensure that incentives plans align with corporate objectives.
c)Analyze and report on performance at 20 day and month end timing.
d)Act as point of contact to various stakeholders for current sales plans and targets.
e)Create, review, translate and publish all incentives related communications / bulletins and distribute to relevant parties.
f)Liaise with Hyundai Incentive team, lenders and online Genesis transaction platform for monthly incentive launch process.
g)Prepare, analyze and present monthly network communication presentation.
h)Assist Regional Operations Managers with insight and analysis on competitive positioning.
i)Maintain strong communication channel with Genesis BDC team.
? Vehicle launch process co-ordination
a)Maintain a model year calendar.
b)Design/define and maintain a detailed work back schedule based upon the MY calendar, assigning responsibilities
c)Act as coordinator against assigned responsibilities to report on the steps necessary to bring vehicles to market in a timely manner.
d)Ensure internal partners and external vendor requirements and steps are documented, assigned and followed-up with weekly status updated provided to Genesis management.
e)Liaise with centralized launch committee regarding Genesis progress against launch commitments.
? Salesforce (Sales Operations) / Lead Management
a)Report day to day business (leads, pre-orders and deposits).
b)Create performance reports relating to national, district and distributor performance. Flag and highlight deficiencies and identify areas of opportunity and improvement via regular reviews.
c)Define business reporting requirements.
d)Perform monthly training sessions as required with Genesis network of GXMs, GMs and DPs.
e)Liaise/brief vendor partners in execution.
f)Monitor usage of reports (network and internal) and report on usage.
g)Maintenance of lead management system.
h)Identify improvements and implement with vendor via scoping and budgeting process.
? DCXT Project liaison and co-ordination
a)Act as key conduit between Genesis team and the Digital Business Unit within the over-arching HAC organization on the successful implementation of the DCXT (and other centralized/regional/global initiatives).
b)Define specific Genesis requirements, taking into account legacy requirements, future-state needs and specifics related to the Genesis business model.
c)Work closely with and co-ordinate all Genesis stakeholders and their inputs to the process.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
? 5-7 years relevant experience.
? Experience in automotive sales environment required.
? Experience with Field Operations would be an asset.
? Knowledge of financial principles preferred.
? Knowledge of product planning preferred.
? Completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of experience and education or Business major preferred.
? Minimum Bachelor's degree; Business Administration or Business major preferred.
