Your Impact:

  • Partner with our hiring leaders (managers, directors, VPs, CxOs) to define headcount goals, hiring roadmaps, recruiting strategies and KPIs
  • Attract and retain world-class talent to support our ongoing team growth across business areas including product, marketing, research, legal, design, content, human resources, finance and operations
  • Nurture and develop business leader and new hire relationships
  • Continuously review and evolve our recruiting recruitment and onboarding processes to enable out team for near-term and long-term success

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (experience weathering a startup or high-growth environment greatly preferred)

  • You are energized by peeling back the layers and getting to the core of the people you engage with (in other words, you don't settle for the surface-level representations or the armour that people wear and are curious to learn what lies beneath)
