Opportunity

  • Will start as an Associate Recruiter and be part of the Candidate Experience Team
  • Interview best in class talent and support the candidate outreach strategy
  • Proactively reach out to candidates and manage talent as needed
  • Ability to maintain strong KPIs on role status
  • Analyzing and profiling candidates for clients and the senior team member
  • Reporting to Director, Recruitment
  • Work within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for workflow and candidate management
  • Start to build your recruitment network and pipeline
  • 6-12-month transition before an Account Manager position where you are then promoted to lead the full-recruitment cycle

About You

  • Comfortable prospecting, pitching, and meeting with top tier candidates
  • Bonus points if you have a passion for high-growth tech companies - this is the work we do
  • You are curious, empathetic, detail oriented and have strong organizational skills
  • Experience being customer facing with excellent verbal & written communication
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task
