We're a small team looking to fill a big role! The Marketing Manager will be a successful and versatile marketer. This means being self-directed and motivated with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with a good grasp of marketing tech and data management. What You'll Do

Job Description:

  • Maintain and collaborate on strategy.?Work with the President, Product Marketing, Sales, and freelancers to maintain and develop memorable campaigns, content, and programs.
  • Execute tactics.?Plan, execute, and measure marketing tactics across a variety of channels, including:
  • Research and write clear and compelling marketing content for various channels such as website content, blogs, product literature, case studies, newsletters, emails, etc.
  • Develop and execute demand generation and Account-Based Marketing campaigns
  • Support and review website/landing page optimization and email nurture campaigns
  • Manage marketing tools including Word Press, Google Analytics, CRM system (Pipedrive), SEO program, Marketing Automation (Hubspot), and others
  • Develop and support online and offline events, such as webinars, industry conferences, and annual user conferences
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns against scorecard goals
  • Manage and direct freelancers as needed
  • Lead and inspire.?You'll start small but will have the opportunity to take on the work that most fits your skills, talent, and experience. You will represent Marketing at a management level to review and update strategies as needed.

Who You Are

  • You have a track record of success with 5+ years?in marketing roles with a focus on B2B software or technology (bonus if experience is in CPG, AgTech, food, or retail.)
  • You have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism or other relevant post-secondary education
  • You are a team player; you can step in to get any project across the finish line and motivate others around you to create innovative and creative campaigns to achieve their goals
  • You are customer-focused; a deep passion for customer experience and sharing their stories is at the center of your work.
  • You have an analytical mind; you're data-driven with strong business judgment, you're able to pull data and analyze key insights, then convey them in an engaging way to leadership
  • You are a person of integrity; trust, sincerity, and openness are at the core of who we are. This is important to you, and you model these values in your interactions with teammates, customers, and stakeholders.
