The primary focus for the Event Marketing and Partnership Coordinator will be:

  • Recruitment- work with community partners and schools to generate a pipeline of candidates to experience our free services
  • Public Relations- create collateral, including press releases, user testimonials, case studies, and customer stories
  • Learning Design- work with National Partners to create a meaningful and experiential learning curriculum to help future leaders build the skills they need to thrive in the workplace
  • Marketing Communications- use digital media to push out content on all social media platforms. Edit and generate content for our podcast and website platforms
  • Partnerships - develop meaningful curriculums with companies to grow the Illuminate partnership portfolio. Maintain relationships with current partners and ensure partner deliverables are completed on time and in high quality

  • Have a post-secondary certificate or credential
OR currently pursuing or have completed an Undergraduate Degree, Master of Business Administration (MBA), or another relevant Master's programs
  • Strong desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling
  • Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills?
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills?
