We're looking for a versatile and energetic content marketer and storyteller to help fuel the rapid growth of our three brands - RC Coffee, KioCafé and KioSoft Technologies. This position will also support our event planning including tradeshow booth exhibitions.

RC Coffee provides the real authentic espresso experience that you're accustomed to receiving from a high-end café, in a convenient and automated service like you've never encountered before.

Additionally, this position will support the marketing activities of the parent company, KioSoft Technologies - a world leader in unattended payment & kiosk solutions. RC Coffee is in fact the showcase of KioSoft Technologies LLC's Coffee Kiosk solution. KioSoft has been rooted in Canada since 2003, bringing contactless payment innovation to tire inflators and air vacuums at gas stations nationwide, in addition to car washes and laundry rooms. The company has expanded into Coffee to facilitate automation with ease of use while delivering outstanding quality. KioSoft is offering its Coffee technology to foodservice and hospitality partners in the US and worldwide under a new brand, KioCafé.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager of the parent company, KioSoft, the Marketing Coordinator for RC Coffee, KioCafé & KioSoft will be a key player in delivering marketing collateral to help drive the company's expansion efforts and tell our unique story, while supporting industry events.

The Marketing Coordinator is a team player who closely collaborates with the corporate Marketing team, liaises with the Sales team and Product Managers, collects feedback from key stakeholders, and ultimately delivers marketing materials that dazzle and educate target audiences.

While this role is temporarily remote, it requires mobility within downtown Toronto for visiting our Robo Cafe locations occasionally. The position will return to hybrid model with an office in Etobicoke.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Driving awareness of the RC Coffee Robo Cafe, KioCafé & KioSoft brands via a variety of concurrent omnichannel marketing efforts
  • Content creation such as LinkedIn and Blog posts, with SEO principles in mind
  • Supporting the launch of new cafes and products
  • Producing attractive brochures and presentation decks
  • Implementing promotional tactics that will improve sales, driving new customer acquisition, generating long-term recurring revenue
  • Planning tradeshows & events
  • Educating consumers on our unique value proposition via online content
  • Reporting on promotion results to management by compiling data, and providing analysis
  • Keeping audiences engaged - updating our pages daily with vibrant imagery, reels, stories and messaging
  • Building our social media following with interactive posts such as contests and identifying influencer marketing opportunities
  • Keeping our website fresh and up to date
  • Arranging for Video production and Photography. Storyboarding videos
  • Composing and sending frequent eblasts to our subscribers, with drip campaigns. Reporting on email marketing results
  • End-to-end campaign involvement including: assisting in design / creation, monitoring effective benchmarks, A/B testing, analyzing and reporting on results
  • Putting together informative & stylish PowerPoint decks that Wow
  • Other duties as assigned


  • A proven track record of creativity and aptitude on social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok
  • Keen understanding of how to leverage Social Media marketing to build an organic following
  • A portfolio of compelling content marketing
  • Proven Event marketing and Tradeshow planning / execution
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Graphic Design aptitude using Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma
  • Website maintenance savvy via WordPress
  • Background in online marketing
  • Working knowledge of SEO, SEM and copywriting best practices
  • PR knowledge, writing press releases
  • Successful Blogging with published examples
  • Email Marketing design and deployment fundamentals, maintaining customer databases
  • Photo & Video editing - considered a bonus
  • 2+ years professional experience in a marketing role
  • Diploma or degree in a related field (marketing, PR, etc.)
