Position overview We're looking for a results-driven, detail-oriented digital marketer to develop and deploy digital campaigns that will increase VC3's brand awareness, qualified lead generation, and sales. In addition to experience in digital marketing, the right candidate will value ongoing learning and continuous improvement. They will also be an exceptional communicator with superb interpersonal skills, who can interface with the marketing and sales teams with ease.

Here's what you will be responsible for:

  • Plan and execute SEO, SEM, and ABM campaigns to ensure target market awareness and drive marketing qualified leads.
  • Act as the owner of our website performance, with a focus on optimizing for search and user experience.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  • Be the point of contact for related vendors and agencies, as needed.
  • Develop and maintain local digital presence in our major markets.
  • Work with the sales team on lead qualification, marketing-to-sales handoff processes, etc.
  • Create landing pages and other conversion opportunities.
  • Plan and run conversion testing and other experiments.
  • Report on key results and other predetermined KPIs on a regular basis, such as website traffic, lead generation, and revenue attribution.
  • Proactively stay on top of digital marketing trends and news, so as to inform future growth strategies and opportunities.

Here's the background we think will make you successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
  • Track record of success (3+ years' experience) in a digital marketing role.
  • Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot preferred), ABM platforms (Terminus or RollWorks preferred), Google Ads, and other related platforms.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-directing and flexible, with the ability to quickly pivot strategies, as needed.
  • Has a finger on the pulse of what's happening in digital marketing, with an insatiable hunger for learning.
  • Team player with superb collaboration and communication skills.
  • Passionate, creative thinker with exceptional analytical skills.

  • Work schedule: M-F, 8 hour day between 7am PT and 5pm PT
  • Remote working, with limited travel (if necessary)
