About The Role

As a Marketing Graphic Designer you will role model our standards, always. You will be part of our experienced Global Marketing Team and report to the Global Lead Designer. Your role will focus on creating high-quality digital and print marketing assets following the company's brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a positive attitude and the ability to work both individually as well as within a team.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Conceptualize, with the marketing team, and produce design templates for print and digital use
  • Create custom and responsive digital assets (newsletters, microsites, web ads and digital banners)
  • Develop video animations to promote the Ogury products online
  • Design/produce print-ready marketing material (flyers, brochures, posters,
  • exhibition stands, packaging) for a range of markets in US, Europe and APAC
  • Liaise with external design agencies and printing companies
  • Provide guidance and assistance to freelancers
  • Collaborate closely with the global marketing team as well as with internal stakeholders

  • Essential Software/skills (proficient level)
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, After effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Microsoft Powerpoint and other tools.
  • Basic print production file preparation
  • Marketo /Hubspot /Pardot or similar CMS user
  • Capable to design landing pages/emails in Unbounce/Marketo
  • Good understanding of interactive design principles, usability and online branding issues
  • Video filming and photography (a plus)
  • Illustration skills (a plus)
  • Understanding UI and UX - ability to design wireframes (a plus)
