Position Description: In collaboration with the business development and marketing team, position is responsible for all design and graphic requirements to meet commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays or logos.

Reports to: Marketing Manager or Regional Marketing Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Directs and designs overall "look and feel" of print and digital media across all departments.
  • Manages the integration of brand strategy and visual design concepts.
  • Supports the team in utilizing current and emerging technologies.
  • Evaluates and acquires imaging content.
  • May oversee production artists, designers, vendors and contractors.
  • Oversees scheduling and design resources and miscellaneous support projects.
  • Assists marketing teams in concept development of logos and other graphic elements to graphically link materials of proposal submissions.
  • Designs covers, tabs, dividers, boards, presentations, leave-behinds, and other graphics, as required.
  • Creates detailed charts, graphs, sketches, and mock-ups.
  • Helps coordinate external production of materials, as needed.
  • Demonstrates an ability to work on multiple projects and manage time to meet all deadlines.

Qualifications: Minimum 4 year degree in marketing or related field plus 2 years of marketing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong Computer and IT Skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Works well with little supervision, display initiative, independent thinking and teamwork. Displays actions related to profitability. Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook. Familiar with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Graphic Design.
