The Position

As a Marketing Coordinator with Intrepid, you'll be responsible for driving customer growth and revenue through effective marketing strategies and execution of brand campaigns! In this hands-on role, you will be coordinate all aspects of campaigns from commencement to completion, working closely with our agency for roll out through our paid digital media channels, as well as with PR, content, design, social media and industry across our regional and global teams.

As an absolute all-rounder, you'll get the opportunity to assist in the development, organisation and implementation of Intrepid's marketing strategy, ensuring a well-planned approach through game-changing marketing.

Every day will be different, but some of the tasks you'll be working on include:

  • Day-to-day support and coordination of the delivery of marketing campaigns and activities
  • Ensuring we maintain an effective content mix in our campaigns including paid media, social, PR, images and videos
  • Communication of campaigns to key stakeholders, including media partners and internal sales teams
  • Assisting with the development of new marketing campaigns
  • Sharing ideas to grow our brand awareness in our key markets in the US and Canada
  • Monitoring campaign performance and sales results, and providing insights and recommendations

This is a full-time position based in Toronto, reporting to the Head of Marketing - North America.

Some of the essentials you'll bring include:

  • Significant experience (more than one year) in professional digital marketing
  • An understanding of the online customer journey
  • An understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager
  • Paid and organic experience across all major social media, including Facebook and Instagram
  • Ability to learn systems quick, and be familiar with Microsoft office suite and Google Analytics or comparable analytics platform
  • Excellent creative writing and verbal skills
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably focused on digital marketing or a related field
