This team is looking for an Administrative Assistant to come to join the team on a Full-Time1-year contract in downtown Vancouver, BC!

What You Would Be Doing

  • Perform a variety of administrative and clerical activities
  • Review, modify and prepare general templates, letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel workbooks, and other correspondence materials
  • Record minutes at various meetings and distribute them
  • Manage and coordinate calendars of team members
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations
  • Prepare and submit expense claims for team members
  • Assist clients with opening a new bank account/receiving signatures
  • Invoice drafting and acquiring necessary approvals

What You Need

  • Completion of a related post-secondary education
  • 2 - 4 years of related administrative experience
  • Strong computer and practical working skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Collaborative, teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
