NorQuesters?are difference makers and we're searching for someone who can be dependable in living our we > they values as a full-time Customer Service Representative for The Core - our retail space inspired by our learners, designed for our learners. The successful candidate is going to contribute to the team in transforming the traditional campus bookstore model into a thriving retail space, focus on supporting the learners and introducing exciting new initiatives at The Core.


  • Create personalized customer experiences at The Core.
  • Effective management of the customer resolution process.
  • Maintain high service level agreements with return emails, phone calls, and chat messages.
  • Fulfill and process online and in-store orders.
  • Complete a variety of transaction types between multiple programs, including point of sale system.
  • Contribute to the management of inventory of books, supplies, and general merchandise with continuous monitoring for accuracy.
  • Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines confidently in a busy environment.
  • Work collaboratively within a customer facing and warehouse environment.
  • Management of locker rental program.


  • High school diploma.
  • One year of experience in retail including sales, merchandising, inventory management.

  • Strong digital literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, web browser and database
  • Excellent customer service skills, using critical thinking to identify and resolve customer inquiries
  • Well-developed communications and interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset
  • High performance organizational skills, ability to manage a large volume of work with a high degree of accuracy

SALARY $37,236-$46,670 reflective upon what you bring AKA your education and experience. This is a full-time permanent position with immediate access to our great pension and benefits programs.
