About the Role:

Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Director, Creative Content is responsible for positioning Drivewyze as an award-winning SaaS technology industry leader and telling the world our story of inventing new technologies that make the commercial transportation system safer, more efficient, and save lives. This role will be accountable to further developing and executing our marketing strategy aligned with the organization's brand, strategy, business objectives, and goals.

Job Accountabilities:

  • Oversee the development of creative assets that encompass the Drivewyze brand and drive revenue for the business. This includes developing and delivering marketing materials and campaign collateral that amp up our profile through key market segments and channels, generate leads, and support prospective accounts through the buyer journey.
  • Lead our company narrative, mobilizing story-telling and creative media campaigns to showcase our award-winning technology and exceptional organization. This is a hands-on role that will be accountable for content creation and writing.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Creative Services Team that encompasses graphic design and social engagement focused on bringing our brand to life, driving business value, and raising our reputation as an industry leader across multiple platforms.
  • This specifically includes:
  • Creating and proposing marketing concepts and collateral for industry-specific campaigns to build awareness, drive differentiation and generate leads.
  • Implementing processes that support scaling and the effective and efficient management of initiatives, requests and competing priorities. A key focus will be to mobilize self service for internal teams to support organizational growth and scaling.
  • Instilling a data driven approach that measure strategy and program effectiveness. The ability to think analytically and big picture will ensure lead generation and campaign programs reach target effectiveness.
  • Aligning messaging to target personas and utilizing insights and analytics to enable reach and breakthrough positioning.
  • Managing our social engagement strategy that includes utilizing industry influencers to showcase our positive reputation and the world-class customer satisfaction Drivewyze already enjoys.
  • Creating and deploying an industry advocacy award strategy focused on recognizing and celebrating leading drivers and fleet managers.
  • Supporting an active events calendar, ensuring tradeshows, conferences, and events achieve the desired ROI and align with the company's social and corporate brand messaging.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success, to understand priorities, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Communicate the brand strategy across the organization and measuring and reporting performance to the Executive, Senior Leadership, and other key stakeholders. This includes corporate communications and events as the organizational brand and marketing lead.
What you bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing leadership role. Preference will be given to those with experience leading a marketing team in the SaaS industry.
  • Extensive experience establishing and executing a robust and thoughtful brand strategy that reaches every facet of the business.
  • Strong campaign and project management skills (creating, launching, managing, and measuring) and demonstrated ability to meet competing deadlines and juggle an evolving set of priorities.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing budgets, vendor contracts, including web, video, ad buys, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, combined with exceptional organizational skills and an insatiable drive for data-proven results.
  • Digital channel expertise. This includes fluency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, SalesForce, Tableau, website Content Management Systems, and social media. This also includes experience in A/B and multivariate testing, landing page optimization, and advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. Vlook-up, pivot tables) and Tableau.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-function teams, as highlighted by your successful experience managing strategic cross-functional projects and process changes.
