About your team
Core Engagement is part of our Global Communications & Engagement team supporting the Fidelity Workplace Investing business with digitally led, integrated and engaging communications programmes. Our goal is to provide an outstanding experience for our clients, trustees, and members. The team partners and consults with clients to develop and deliver transparent and effective retirement and holistic financial wellness communication strategies that tangibly meet client objectives, advance the employee value proposition, and contribute to employee behaviour change through increased engagement. Our member communication strategies are built on customer obsession and our aim is to engage members through insight led, effective, creative, and innovative outcome based emotional communications, which aim to improve members' financial capability and confidence leading to better financial wellness and retirement outcomes.
About your role
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Manager to join the Core Engagement team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. The focus of the role is to plan, create and deliver integrated member campaigns as part of our member engagement programme, and to support the rollout of new and enhanced propositions to members. The role will include delivering multi-channel campaigns, on and offline, using behaviourally led targeting and segmentation. The campaigns will educate and engage our members to help them achieve better financial outcomes. Being able to evaluate and measure these activities to drive improved returns from engagement spend is critical to success. The role is part of a community of passionate communicators that span functional and central teams. The role works closely with Core Engagement colleagues and stakeholders from multidisciplinary teams across the business to shape activity and build impactful and effective communication plans.
About you
Experienced, results driven, financial services marketer with broad marketing skills (campaign management, analytical, creative development, and an eye for detail)
Strong pensions and/or investment product knowledge
Experience in developing briefs, especially for digital channels, used for B2C communications
Ability to work with key stakeholders, understand their needs, and deliver high-quality marketing programmes
Attention to detail and the ability to understand diverse, detailed, and technical information, distil it into key messages and deliver on time, on brand and on budget
Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and prioritise workload according to delivery dates
Analytical & process-oriented approach to support evidence-based marketing & evolve best-practices
Good influencing and communication skills to develop effective relationships with key stakeholders
Energy, enthusiasm, and resilience to work under pressure
Clear understanding of the UK regulatory framework as it influences Fidelity, clients, and marketing as a function
