About the Opportunity
Our client requires an Administrative Assistant for a permanent, part-time opportunity (10-12 hours per week, onsite).
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Establish and maintain files and mailing lists
- Prepare and distribute printed materials
- Research and retrieve information contained in files as requested
- Receive incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Operate electronic equipment such as personal computers, printers, photocopiers and fax machines
- Check documents for accuracy in grammar, spelling, punctuation and format
- Compose correspondence
- Other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Exceptional organizational skills
The hourly pay for this position is between $30.00 - $35.00 per hour. As the position offers 10-12 hours per week, the annual take home would be between $18,720 to $21,840 on an annual basis.
